Mobile Home Rentals – Information and Conditions
Here you will find all the practical information regarding our mobile homes, including details on the security deposit and all essential terms concerning your stay.
Rates and Additional Charges
All prices are listed in euros and do not include the tourist tax (€1.95 per person per night as of 01/01/2024), booking fees, or optional services. Our rates cover accommodation for 1 to 6 guests, depending on the capacity of each rental unit.
Electricity up to 10 kWh per day is included for short stays. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.58 per kWh (VAT included). Water, gas, bed linen, and parking for one vehicle (car or small van only) are also included in the price.
Additional options (air conditioning, towels, etc.) must be paid on-site upon arrival. Prices are subject to change without notice in the event of a change in the applicable VAT rate.
Reservation Conditions
(+) More than 30 days before arrival:
Reservations must be guaranteed with a payment of at least 30% of the total stay (deposit), plus a €4.90 booking fee and, if applicable, the cost of cancelation insurance. The balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before arrival. A reminder email will be sent 3 days before the payment due date.
(-) Less than 30 days before arrival:
The full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking, including the €4.90 booking fee, the tourist tax, and, if applicable, the cost of cancelation insurance.
Cancellation Conditions
The following conditions apply to any reservation without cancellation insurance:
(+) More than one month before arrival: SAS Le Beau Village reserves the right to charge a cancelation fee of 30% of the total reservation amount, plus administrative fees.
(+) Less than one month before arrival: Any amounts already paid by the guest will be retained as a cancelation fee equal to 100% of the reservation amount.
Security or incidental Deposit
For stays in rental accommodations of less than 26 nights, a security deposit of €200 will be required, payable in cash or by credit card (pre-authorization, not charged). For bookings with pets, a €400 deposit will be required. This deposit guarantees the return of the accommodation in perfect condition and will be refunded no later than 48 hours after your departure.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with a checklist to complete and return to reception within 24 hours.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In:
Low and Mid Season: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Outdoor parking is available before the reception opens. Sunday arrivals are by appointment only.
High Season (July 1 – August 31): 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Check-Out:
Guests must check out before 10:00 AM.
