(+) More than 30 days before the date of arrival:
The reservation must be secured by a payment of at least 30% of the total amount of the stay (deposit) + €4.90 booking fee and, if applicable, the cancellation insurance. The balance of the reservation must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the arrival date (you will receive a reminder by email 3 days before the payment due date).

(-) Less than 30 days before the date of arrival:
The stay must be paid in full + €4.90 booking fee + community tax and, if applicable, the cancellation insurance. The entire amount will be requested at the time of booking.

Yes, you can arrive and depart on any day of your choice (not just Saturday to Saturday).

For camping pitches, the minimum stay is one night. For mobile home rentals, the minimum stay is three nights.

However, availability may vary depending on the season and the type of accommodation, so we recommend checking online or contacting our reservations team in advance.

Yes, it is possible to book camping pitches and mobile homes next to each other, subject to availability. We recommend either contacting our reservations team in advance to coordinate your stay or simply indicating your request in the comments box when making an online reservation.

We do not accept unaccompanied minors, even if they have a parental authorization. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The following conditions apply to any reservation made without cancellation insurance:

  • If the cancellation is made (+) more than one month before the arrival date, SAS Le Beau Village reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total reservation amount, plus any administrative fees.
  • If the cancellation is made (-) less than one month before the arrival date, any amounts already paid by the guest will be retained as a 100% cancellation fee.

Camping Paris Beau Village recommends subscribing to cancellation/interruption insurance (5% of the total stay).

This insurance allows you to be reimbursed for amounts paid (minus the deductible and booking fees) in many situations, such as:

  • Death, accident, or serious illness, including COVID
  • Hospitalization of the insured, a parent, or a close relative
  • Pregnancy complications
  • Serious damage to your vehicle
  • Job loss (economic layoff)
  • Cancellation or change of approved leave

 

Choosing cancellation insurance provides peace of mind in case of unforeseen events or last-minute cancellations.

In case of cancellation or early interruption of your stay for a situation covered by the insurance:

  1. Notify Camping Paris Beau Village of your cancellation or early departure.
  2. Report your situation to the insurer within 24 hours of the event, either via:
  3. Send the insurance your cancellation invoice provided by Camping Paris Beau Village, along with any required supporting documents. After informing the campsite, it is your responsibility to submit your claim to the insurance company.

A request to modify your stay can be made up to 14 days before your arrival date. You may request changes to your stay (dates, type of accommodation, or number of guests), subject to availability and feasibility, for a fee of €12.90.

No postponement to the following season will be accepted. In addition, no refund will be granted if the modification results in a lower total amount than the initial booking.

To ensure efficient management and better service for all our guests, please note that only one modification per reservation is allowed.

  • Shortening your stay: Any request to shorten your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the standard cancellation and interruption policies. No refund will be given for interrupted or shortened stays (late arrival, early departure) for any reason.
  • Extending your stay: Requests to extend your stay are subject to availability and current rates. From the day the extension is confirmed, the price for the remaining nights will be calculated based on the total length of the new stay. Extension may not guarantee the same pitch or accommodation and depends on availability for the requested duration.

For Camping Pitches:

  • Low and mid season: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday arrivals are by appointment only. Outdoor parking is available before reception opens.
  • High season (July 1 – August 31): 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM every day.
  • Check-out: by 12:00 PM at the latest.

For Mobile Homes:

  • Low and mid season: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday arrivals are by appointment only. Outdoor parking is available before reception opens.
  • High season (July 1 – August 31): 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM every day.
  • Check-out: by 2:00 PM at the latest.

Please note: Early arrivals or late departures may be possible upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

Please note: We are closed on Sundays during low and mid season.

All Sunday arrivals are by appointment only. If you have scheduled an appointment, our receptionist will contact you the day before your arrival via email or SMS with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth check-in at the campsite.

Late Arrival:

If you plan to arrive after reception hours, please contact us in advance and provide your estimated arrival time. Camping Paris Beau Village will then give you all the necessary information (pitch number, gate code, and campsite map) to facilitate your arrival.

Important:

  • The campsite gates close at 10:00 PM. No vehicles can enter the site after this time.
  • Setting up on your pitch, even without a vehicle, is not allowed after 11:00 PM to ensure the comfort and quiet of all guests.
  • For arrivals after 10:00 PM, or departures before 6:30 AM, vehicles must be parked in the external parking outside the campsite.

Guests are advised to take the usual precautions to protect their vehicle and belongings. The campsite is not responsible for any damage, breakage, or theft.

Early arrival is only possible during low season and subject to availability.

  • Camping pitches: €10 supplement (available from 10:00 AM in low season only)
  • Mobile home rentals: €20 supplement (available from 11:00 AM in low season only)

Please contact the reception on the day of your arrival to check availability.

Late departure is only possible during low season and subject to availability.

Applicable fees:

  • Camping pitches: €10 (extended until 3:00 PM; beyond this time, a full day will be charged)
  • Mobile homes: €20 (extended until 1:00 PM; beyond this time, a full day will be charged)

Please contact the reception to confirm availability.

Any request to shorten the duration of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the standard cancellation and interruption policies.

No refund will be given for any stay that is interrupted or shortened by your decision (late arrival or early departure), regardless of the reason.

Vehicle Access Outside Reception Hours

  • From 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, the campsite entrance gate is closed to vehicles.
  • On foot, by bike, or by motorcycle: You can enter the campsite at any time using your access code or badge.
  • If you arrive after 10:00 PM with a vehicle or wish to depart before 6:30 AM, you must park your vehicle in the external parking outside the campsite.

Please plan your arrivals and departures accordingly, as requests to open the gate during these hours will not be accepted, except in case of emergency.

Daytime access to the campsite is controlled by barriers, which operate using a personal badge or code provided at check-in.

Using your badge or code:

  • Entry: Present your badge or enter your code on the keypad located to the left of the barrier.
  • Exit: Simply approach the barrier with your vehicle, and it will open automatically.

The badge or code is strictly personal and valid for the entire duration of your stay. If you extend your stay, please inform the reception so a new access code can be generated.

Reception Hours:

  • Low and mid season: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Closed on Sundays.
  • High season (July 1 – August 31): Open every day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Deposits, partial payments, or balances can be paid using the following methods:

  • Credit/debit card (except American Express)
  • Bank transfer
  • Holiday vouchers (Chèques Vacances; “Chèques Vacances Connect” are not accepted)
  • Cash (on-site only, up to €1,000)

Yes, classic Chèques Vacances are accepted for payment of your stay. They must be in the name of the reservation holder or one of the participants.

Important notes:

  • If your arrival date is less than 10 days away, the campsite may place a pre-authorization on your credit card for the total rental amount. This means the amount is temporarily blocked but not charged. The pre-authorization will be canceled once payment is made with Chèques Vacances, or it may be charged in case of cancellation, according to our booking and cancellation policies.
  • No reservation will be confirmed without a deposit, so your booking will only be accepted upon receipt of your Chèques Vacances.
  • For added security and to guarantee the availability of your accommodation or pitch, we recommend paying a deposit by credit card.

No, Camping Paris Beau Village does not participate in the VACAF program, so it is not possible to pay for your stay with VACAF vouchers.

In certain cases, Camping Paris Beau Village may perform a pre-authorization for the full rental amount on the guest’s credit card.

This means that the total rental amount is temporarily blocked on the card, but not yet charged.

The pre-authorization will be released once the guest pays upon arrival, or it may be debited in case of cancellation, in accordance with our booking and cancellation policies.

  • Community tax: €1.95 (incl. VAT) per adult per night (rate as of 01/2024). It is collected by the local authority (Communauté d’agglomération Cœur d’Essonne).
    This tax is not included in our prices and must be paid at the time of booking or upon arrival.
    Please note that the amount may be changed at any time by the local authority, including retroactively, and remains payable by the guest.
  • Booking fees: €4.90 per accommodation.

Prices are listed in euros and do not include the tourist tax (€1.95 as of 01/01/2024), booking fees, or optional services.

The number of participants and any additional options must be selected in the booking cart to update the total price. Any participants or options not declared at the time of booking must be paid on-site upon arrival.

Prices may be subject to change without notice in case of VAT rate adjustments.

For short stays in a mobile home, the price includes:

  • Electricity: up to 10 kWh/day. Any excess will be charged at €0.58 per kWh (incl. VAT) to prevent abuse and encourage energy conservation.
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Bed linen
  • Water and gas
  • Parking for one vehicle

Not included: cleaning, towels, and hygiene kits, which must be provided separately.

Security Deposit (Caution) Information

The security deposit ensures the proper use of the rental accommodation and the cleanliness of the unit upon departure.

Short-term stays (less than 26 nights):

  • A €200 deposit is required for rental accommodations, payable in cash or by credit card (card imprint only, not charged).
  • For bookings with pets, a €400 deposit is required.

Long-term stays (26 nights to 6 months):

  • A one-month rent deposit, plus a €200 deposit in cash or by credit card (card imprint only, not charged), is required on the day of arrival.

Upon arrival, you will be given a checklist form to complete and return to reception within 24 hours.

We offer different types of mobile homes to suit your needs:

  • Comfort Mobile Home for 2 people – 18–20 m², 1 bedroom + terrace
  • Classic Mobile Home for 3 people – 23 m², 2 bedrooms + terrace
  • Comfort Mobile Home for 4 people – 24 m², 2 bedrooms + terrace
  • Mobile Home for 6 people – 32 m², 3 bedrooms + terrace

For safety reasons, the number of guests and vehicles per rental cannot exceed the maximum capacity specified for each mobile home. Camping Paris Beau Village reserves the right to refuse access to anyone exceeding the allowed capacity.

If your group exceeds the maximum capacity, you will need to book a second accommodation.

Mobile Home Equipment Details

All our mobile homes are equipped with electric heaters.

Air conditioning is available in some units. Please contact the reception to confirm availability.

Each mobile home is equipped with the following bed linen:

  • Printed duvet (designed for use without a cover and cleaned after each guest departure)
  • Disposable mattress protector
  • Fitted sheet
  • Pillow with pillowcase

Bed linen is provided per person and included in the price of your stay. Please note that bed linen will not be changed during your stay.

Towels are not provided, but can be rented upon arrival for an additional fee.

We kindly ask that you leave your mobile home in a clean and tidy condition, just as you found it upon arrival. Final cleaning is your responsibility.

  • If the mobile home is left untidy, a cleaning fee starting at €90 may be deducted from your security deposit, depending on its condition.
  • For added convenience, you can opt for our cleaning service when booking. Please note that this does not include the kitchen area: dishes should be washed and put away, the trash emptied, and the fridge cleaned and emptied.

This helps us ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests while keeping the campsite welcoming and pleasant.

Each booking includes parking for one vehicle (under 5 meters) per mobile home.

If you plan to bring an additional vehicle, please contact the campsite to check parking availability and any applicable extra fees.

Booking Mobile Homes Side by Side

Simply mention your request in the comments when making your reservation, and the campsite will do its best to accommodate it. Please include the names of the families involved to help us organize efficiently.

However, side-by-side placement cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on availability.

For requests involving multiple mobile homes, please contact the reception directly so we can study your request and arrange it under the best possible conditions.

For safety and insurance reasons, setting up a tent next to a mobile home is only allowed with prior approval from management.

For short stays, the price includes:

  • 1 person + 1 tent or 1 vehicle (caravan or campervan)
  • Electricity (10 A) up to 10 kWh/day (except for certain pitches with different services, such as standard tent pitches). Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.58 per kWh (incl. VAT).
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Free access to sanitary blocks
  • Free access to the service area (please bring your own hose for water refill)

Electrical Outlets on the Pitches

Our campsite is equipped with European (EU) type outlets. Please remember to bring your own adapters.

  • Adapters are also available for purchase at reception for €20.
  • A long extension cord can be very useful for connecting your equipment comfortably.

Each booking includes one vehicle per pitch.

If you plan to bring an additional vehicle, please contact the campsite to check parking availability and any applicable extra fees.

For safety reasons, the number of people and vehicles per pitch cannot exceed the maximum allowed:

  • Standard pitches: up to 6 people
  • Certain pitches with specific services (e.g., standard tent pitches): up to 3 people

Camping Paris Beau Village reserves the right to refuse access to anyone exceeding these limits.

If your group exceeds the maximum capacity, you will need to book a second pitch.

It is possible to add one small extra tent on certain pitches using the “extra tent” option, provided the maximum capacity per pitch is not exceeded.

Please note that additional tents are only allowed from April 1 to October 15.

Pitches do not have individual water points.

Communal water points are available and shared among several pitches.

For environmental reasons, waste water cannot be emptied on the pitches.

A service area is available within the campsite for emptying campervan or caravan toilets and refilling water.

Yes, this option is free at our campsite (except during certain special event periods).

When you complete your reservation, our team will confirm whether your request can be accommodated. If it is not possible, we will contact you to discuss alternative placement options.

For safety and hygiene reasons, tents can only be set up between April 1 and October 15.

Long-term stays at our campsite are intended for guests who need accommodation for an extended period of one month or more, such as for professional reasons, training, or temporary housing.

These stays are subject to a minimum of 30 days and can only be confirmed after prior approval from management and the signing of a rental agreement detailing the terms of rental, payment, and maintenance of the mobile home or pitch.

Required Documents for a Long-Term Rental Agreement

To establish a long-term rental contract at Camping Paris Beau Village, please provide copies of the following documents:

  • Proof of identity: valid national ID card, passport, or driver’s license.
  • Insurance and vehicle registration: for caravans or campervans, valid insurance and registration certificate.
  • Proof of professional situation, training, or temporary housing, if applicable.
  • Proof of residence: recent and official document.
  • Security deposit: equivalent to one month’s rent, payable in cash or by credit card (pre-authorization only, not charged).
  • Payment for the first month of rent.

Providing all required documents is essential to confirm your reservation and secure your long-term stay.

For long-term stays at Camping Paris Beau Village, the payment process is as follows:

  1. Security Deposit: Equivalent to one month’s rent, payable in cash or by credit card (pre-authorization only, not charged).
  2. First Month’s Rent: Must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
  3. Subsequent Payments: Rent for the following months is usually paid at the start of each month.

For administrative and safety reasons, the number of people and vehicles per long-stay pitch is limited to a maximum of 2 persons. Camping Paris Beau Village reserves the right to refuse access to anyone exceeding this capacity.

For long-term mobile home stays, the price includes:

No, cleaning is not included in the rental price.

Routine maintenance and cleaning of the mobile home are the responsibility of the residents throughout their stay. Any exceptional cleaning or repairs required at the end of the stay may be charged if necessary.

ANIMALS (for short stays only): Camping Paris Beau Village can authorize the possession of an animal at the campsite if the animal does not cause any damage. They must always be kept on a leash. They must not harm the tranquility and safety of the residents and respect the basic rules of hygiene. Dogs considered dangerous (category 1) are not allowed in the Campsite (establishment open to the public). Animal’s vaccination record and passport must be presented upon arrival.

Wi-Fi is available throughout most of the campsite. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided at the bar and reception area. The Wi-Fi connection is intended for personal use and must comply with applicable laws. Guests are responsible for using the service appropriately and agree to indemnify SAS Le Beau Village against any actions or claims from third parties. SAS Le Beau Village assumes no liability for malfunctions or incompatibility issues with the guest’s equipment.

Yes, bread service is available during the high season, in July and August. You can order your bread a day in advance and pick it up at the reception from 9 a.m. The nearest bakery is also just a 7-minute walk from the campsite.

We offer a snackbar on-site during the high season, specifically in July and August, where guests can enjoy a variety of snacks and refreshments conveniently without leaving the campsite.

Yes, several shops are within a few minutes of the campsite:

  • Supermarkets and grocery stores in Villiers-sur-Orge and Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois (5 to 10 minutes on foot).
  • Local market with fresh products (days and hours available at the reception depending on the season).”

Barbecues are allowed in the campsite. However, they are strictly prohibited during drought periods (see dates in the prefectural drought order). To preserve our natural environment and ensure the safety of all campers, we kindly ask you to strictly follow these barbecue safety rules:

  1. Keep a safe distance from tents, vehicles, and trees.
  2. Never leave a barbecue unattended while it is in use.
  3. Properly extinguish the barbecue after use using the appropriate devices.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, private parties and festive events are not allowed on the campsite. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

The campsite has pitches adapted for people with reduced mobility. However, our mobile homes are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

No, guests are not permitted to fish in the river near the campsite.

Yes, there is a washing and drying machines in the main sanitary block. Tokens for the washing machine, as well as laundry detergent pods, are available for purchase at the reception.

The campsite is conveniently located only 700 meters from Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois RER C station, which is about a 10-minute walk, making access by public transport very easy.

No, we do not have a swimming pool, and swimming in the river near the campsite is not allowed for safety reasons. However, guests can enjoy water activities at Espace Nautique, Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois , a public aquatic center located about a 10‑minute drive from the campsite. No, the campsite does not allow charging of electric vehicles on-site. However, a charging station is available just 3 km from the campsite at the La Ville de Bois commercial center.
