Information and Conditions for Long-Term Stays

To ensure a pleasant stay and seamless organization at the campsite, specific rules and practical information apply to long-term stays. Please review them carefully before booking.

Rates and supplements for BARE PITCHES

Prices are listed in euros and do not include the community tax (€1.95 as of 01/01/2024), booking fees, or optional services.

For long stays, the price includes:

- Electricity up to 200 kWh per month. Any excess will be charged at €0.58 per kWh (including VAT) to prevent overuse and encourage energy conservation
- Free Wi-Fi
- Free access to sanitary facilities
- Free access to the service area

Prices may be subject to change without notice in case of VAT adjustments.

Rates and supplements for MOBILE HOMES RENTALS

Prices are listed in euros and do not include the community tax (€1.95 as of 01/01/2024), reservation fees, or optional services.

For long stays, the price includes:

Electricity up to 200 kWh per month (any excess will be charged at €0.58 per kWh, including tax). The electricity limit aims to prevent misuse and raise awareness about energy consumption reduction.

Monthly Payment for Your Stay

Payment for your stay must be made according to the terms specified at the time of booking.
For monthly stays, each installment must be paid within the first week of each month.

Payment Terms, Security Deposit, and Inventory Check

Payment Methods
Deposits, partial payments, or balances can be made by:

Credit card
Bank transfer
Holiday vouchers (chèques vacances)
Cash (maximum €1000 including tax)

Each monthly payment must be made within the first week of the month.

Security Deposit
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent, payable in cash or by credit card (pre-authorization), is required on the day of arrival to guarantee the property or pitch is returned in perfect condition.
The pre-authorization will be cancelled no later than 48 hours after departure, unless the property or pitch is not returned in accordance with the inventory check conducted upon arrival.

Inventory Check
An inventory check will be provided upon arrival to help maintain the comfort and quality of our accommodations.
The electricity meter reading must also be taken at arrival and departure to ensure accurate billing.

Reservation Conditions

(+) Booking more than 30 days before arrival

The reservation must be secured with a deposit of at least 30 % of the total stay, plus €4.90 booking fees, and optionally the cost of cancellation insurance.
The balance must be fully paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
A reminder email will be sent 3 days before the payment deadline.

(-) Booking less than 30 days before arrival

The full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking, including €4.90 booking fees, the community tax, and optionally the cost of cancellation insurance.

Cancellation Policies

The following conditions apply to all bookings made without cancellation insurance:

(+) Cancellation more than one month before arrival: SAS Le Beau Village reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to 30 % of the total booking amount, plus any administrative fees.
(-) Cancellation less than one month before arrival: any amounts paid by the guest will be retained as a cancellation fee, equal to 100 % of the booking amount.

Cancellation insurance

Illness, hospitalization, serious accident, or death
Major incidents at your home
Professional reasons: Cancellation or modification to the paid holiday dates, redundancy or contractual termination, change of job, getting a job, etc.
Camping Paris Beau Village recommends subscribing to a cancellation/interruption insurance (5 % of the total stay) covering:

Without this insurance, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Arrival and Departure Hours

Arrival:

Low and mid-season: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday for both pitches and mobile homes. Outdoor parking is available while waiting the reception’s opening hours. Arrivals on Sunday are by appointment only.
High season (July 1 – August 31): 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM every day for camping pitches and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM for mobile home rentals.

Late arrival (before 10 PM ONLY):
If you plan to arrive after the reception closes, please contact us with your estimated arrival time. Camping Paris Beau Village will provide all necessary information (pitch number, barrier code, campsite map) to ensure a smooth arrival.

Departure:
Check-out must be completed on or before 10:00 AM for mobile-home rentals and on or before 12:00 PM for camping pitches .

Reception Hours and Entrance Gate Access

Reception Hours:

Low and mid-season: Reception is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Closed on Sunday.
High season (July 1 – August 31): Reception is open every day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Entrance Gate and Parking:

The gate is closed to vehicles from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Access on foot, by bike, or motorcycle is possible using the code or badge provided at reception.
Between 10:00 PM and 6:30 AM, please park your vehicle in the outside parking area.

Parking in the campsite

Parking in the campsite is limited to one vehicle per pitch (for safety and evacuation reasons), unless authorized by management. Parking on access roads or on neighboring pitches, even if they are empty, is prohibited.

Supplementary vehicles longer than 5 meters must be parked outside the campsite for safety and evacuation reasons.

Parking outside the camping vicinity

In case of arrival after 10:00 PM or if you wish to leave before 6:30 AM, you must park your vehicle in the external parking lot outside the campsite.

Guests are advised to take the usual precautions to protect their vehicle and equipment; the campsite accepts no responsibility for damage, breakage, or theft.

Electric hook-up (BARE PITCHES)

Our campsite is equipped with EU-type outlets. Don’t forget to bring your adapters. If needed, adapters are available for purchase at the reception for €20.

Electric vehicles

Charging an electric vehicle is strictly prohibited due to safety concerns related to insufficient amperage.

However, the nearest charging station is at Carrefour La Ville du Bois, just 10 minutes by car from our campsite.

Accommodation maintenance

Residents are responsible for the regular maintenance of their mobile home or pitch throughout their stay. The accommodation must be kept clean and in proper condition.
